Children’s Library

The Children’s Section was carved out of the basement of the Albion Library which was once the Bessemer Rest House. What was once the showers for Bessemer Railroad workers is now a bright, cheerful place for local children to read, have story time, and use the computers. Local financial contributions have enabled all of these wonderful advantages for children to use.

Please feel free to come to our children’s story-time on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. Our Children’s Librarian Erin Tate reads a story and does a craft with the kids that they can take home.
